Mentiras Sinceras in Alex’s own words…

So you may have already figured out that Alex will be performing LIVE on Terra Live Music (Terra.com) on June 6th, but have you taken advantage of Terra.com’s invitation to learn a bit more about each new track? He’ll be promoting “Mentiras Sinceras” of course, so take a look below to get a description of each song from Alex himself! Enjoy! (my translations)

Amores de papel – “A mature love versus a one night stand, which can be good, but doesn’t fulfill one in the same way.”
Ella vive en mí – “I think we all have a “she” who lives in us, whether it be our significant other, our mother, sister, daughter, friend.”
Dueños de este mundo – “The lyrics are a precious declaration of love.”
Nunca dejaré de creer (en tu amor) – “It’s a song whose lyrics are about love, but with an interesting musical production. Electronic drum without a single solo break throughout the entire song. Guitars play an important role in the rhythms of the song.”
Destinados – “In the same way that there are impossible loves, there are inevitable loves and people destined for one another.”
No me dejes afuera – “Inspired by a friend’s experience, it’s about someone you like, but is playing with you.”
Detrás de un cristal – “It’s a song that reclaims courage, detaching from the unnecessary, taking a risk again, because life is short.”
Mientras tú me quieras – “A declaration of love towards the one I love, saying that the only thing that I need to be happy is her company.”
Puedes ser tú – “A song of hope, of overcoming fears. It can be you who achieves your dreams, it can be you who makes me fall in love. What you wish can be you.”
Mentiras sinceras – “An antithesis that attempts to say that in life, things are not always as they seem.”
Estar contigo – “Lyrics with a very open meaning, one that you could dedicate to any loved one.”
Para aprenderte – “Dedicated to my son Pablo. It was written when Pablo was just about to arrive to this world…”

Hope you join us on the 6th!
